Heres what you can expect when you walk
into the office:

  • The first thing you'll see is a big smile.  We
    understand that this can be a stressful time,
    and we want you to feel at ease here with us.  
    Everything is confidential, and secure.

  • You'll then sit down with one of our friendly
    professionals.  We'll offer you a beverage, and
    we'll get to work.

  • All of our professionals here are equipped
    with top-of-the-line computer systems
    complete with dual monitors so you can see
    every mouse click that your preparer makes.  
    You have a right to know what's going on,
    and while we'll do our best to explain what's
    going on in a clear and concise manner, we
    encourage you to ask questions.

  • Unfortunately, our time will come to an end.  
    Your professional will then hand you a paper
    copy of both your 1040 federal return, and
    your State return.  We offer electronic filing
    for all our customers and with direct deposit,
    your return will generally be in your account
    in 10-14 days!
Tax Return Preparation
We take exceptionally good care of our clients beginning with
our own personal preparation.  Each of our qualified Tax
Preparers is currently certified with the California Tax
Education Council (CTEC) and is bonded.  Each preparer
stays up-to-date with Federal and State Tax Laws by
renewing their credential each year according to continuing
education statutes.
